These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by ATC Family Transport (“ATC,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

• The Site is provided for general information about ATC’s flatbed, step-deck, and lowboy RGN trucking services, and to support driver and owner-operator recruiting.
• Content on the Site (rates, capacity, service claims) is informational and does not constitute a binding quote, contract, or offer of carriage until confirmed directly by our dispatch or operations team.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information through our forms.

Driver and Owner-Operator Applications

Submitting an application, interest form, or “Call Me” request does not guarantee an interview, contract, or offer of employment or lease. All drivers and owner-operators are subject to ATC’s qualification standards and applicable FMCSA/DOT requirements, including but not limited to driver qualification files, drug and alcohol testing, and motor vehicle record review.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, graphics, logos, photos, and design are owned by ATC Family Transport or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and driver-application platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC Family Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
