These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website atc-trans.com and any related services provided by ATC Family Transport Inc. (“ATC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ATC
ATC Family Transport Inc. is a US-based transportation company specializing in Flatbed, Step-Deck, and Lowboy RGN freight across the 48 contiguous states. Our principal office is located at 738 Hanbury Dr, Des Plaines, IL 60016. EIN 85-3063832.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, submit any form, or opt in to receive SMS or email communications from us. By using our services or opting in to receive messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not use it in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
4. Driver Applications and Service Requests
Submitting a driver application or a service inquiry does not create an employment relationship, a shipping contract, or any other binding agreement. All applications are subject to review, verification of qualifications, background checks where applicable, and compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. All service requests are subject to a separate written agreement.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. ATC Family Transport Inc. operates an SMS messaging program used for (a) transactional communications such as application status, interview scheduling, onboarding, dispatch and delivery updates, and customer service responses; and (b) marketing and promotional communications such as hiring bonuses, referral offers, and open positions. Consent to each type is collected separately.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from ATC Family Transport Inc. at the number provided. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. Consent is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received.
Opt-out. You may opt out of any SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages of that program type. To rejoin, you must opt in again through our form.

Supported carriers and carrier liability. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ATC name and marks, is the property of ATC Family Transport Inc. or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. 7. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
