What drivers actually worry about
Before you decide, let’s address it head-on.
Because percentage means nothing without the rate.
- 30% of strong freight beats 35% of cheap freight
- We run oversize, military and specialized loads on higher-paying lanes
- Experienced dispatch, not beginners learning on your truck
- No fake rate padding, no post-load “adjustments”
- You get % of the real rate confirmation
- We send the original rate confirmation
- 30% is paid on the real rate, not a “recalculated” number
- Factoring reports available upon request
- 100% USA-based dispatch
- Real office in Illinois
- Direct access to management
- We specialize in flatbed & step-deck only
- OD & military freight experience
- Partial strategy to maximize weekly gross
- Not learning on your truck
Honest answer: this is open-deck work, so tarps are part of the job.
- Flatbed: most loads get tarped. Step deck: less often.
- On the mileage plan, tarped loads pay extra on top
- Never tarped? We train you, paid, riding with one of our OTR drivers
- If you hate tarps, this is the wrong company. We’d rather tell you now.
There isn’t one. Here is everything people usually dig for:
- Two deductions on a settlement. We walk you through both on the phone, before you sign anything.
- One is a refundable deposit. Leave clean, get it back.
- No forced dispatch games, no rate cuts after booking
- Telling you everything upfront is the whole point of this page
If you qualify, let’s talk.
Real conversation. No pressure. Just numbers.
